Following the resignation of Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, the YSRCP swiftly responded by naming new party in-charges for 11 Assembly constituencies. This move is considered crucial to maintain the party’s stronghold and counter any potential challenges in the electoral landscape.

The YSRCP’s decision to appoint in-charges for five Scheduled Caste (SC) constituencies in undivided Ongole and Guntur districts reflects a strategic focus on areas where the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is perceived to be strong. • Kondepi (SC) – Dr. Adimulapu Suresh
• Vemuru (SC) – Shri Varikuti Ashok Babu
• Tadikonda (SC) – Smt Mekathoti Sucharita
• Santhanuthalapadu (SC) – Dr. Merugu Nagarjuna
• Chilakaluripeta – Shri Mallela Rajesh Naidu
• Guntur (West) – Smt Vidadala Rajini
• Addanki – Shri Panem Hanimi Reddy
• Mangalagiri – Shri Ganji Chiranjeevi
• Repalle – Dr. Evuru Ganesh
• Gajuwaka – Shri Varikuti Ramachandra Rao

Among these notable appointments, Ganji Chiranjeevi assumes responsibility for the Mangalagiri constituency, Varikuti Ramachandra Rao supervises Gajuwaka, and Adimulapu Suresh is tasked with Kondepi.
