Some heists, like some love stories, are irresistible. From the world of Money Heist, BERLIN is coming to Netflix on December 29th.
Actor Pedro Alonso, who played Andrés “Berlin” the master thief with a code of ethics stole everyone’s hearts through his performance in The Money heist. Though his appearance was not for the full series, his charisma stole the show.
Money Heist is One of the most successful projects of Netflix, worldwide. The heist thriller ran for 5 seasons and the characters like The Professior, Tokyo, Berlin, Nairobi, Raquel, and many fan favorites gave us some of the best TV moments. The makers of Money Heist have dropped the trailer of another series from the universe around Berlin, most probably a prequel.
As in the Money Heist story, Berlin sacrificed himself to save everyone, the character was witty and goal oriented. Certainly one of the most influential charctaers from the series. There was a legit demand from the fans to see more of Berlin’s adventure. Makers, have done the same and assembled a cast with some favorites from the Money Heist and some new faces too.
This time, the Spanish crew is planning a heist in Paris and as per the trailer, it looks like the vast labyrinth of the catacombs beneath the city of Paris will be the center piece of this new heist. During his glory days, Berlin plans the greatest plan ever to steal 44 million euros’ worth of jewels in one night. Raquel and Alicia, both the female strong protagonists from the original series are also back for this thrill ride.

The series drops on Netflix on 29th December. A New year binge for everyone.
